Yoga with Rachel

Let our certified yoga instructor guide you through a series of postures practiced with a focus on alignment to help increase flexibility and strengthen the body. Class incorporates some breathing techniques and meditation to help quiet the mind and develop a deeper mind-body connection. Please bring a personal mat.

Class will meet outside of the Sales Center and is weather permitting. Please remember to maintain social distancing at all times.
