The Canadian Baker: FREE Pumpkin Pie Baking Day

The Canadian baker is one of your neighbors.  Eileen Abballe is offering this class to the first 6 people that sign up.

PLEASE RSVP by Sunday, November 20th.

A ball of prepared dough will be provided.

Please bring with you:  Spatula, Pie Dish, 1 Cup of flour, prepared pie filling (1 can pumpkin filling mixed with 2 eggs, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup evaporated milk or heavy cream),

1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

I will demonstrate how the dough is prepared, rolled out and placed into the pie baking dish.

You will be joining me in the rolling process  with your own supplied dough and you will fill with the prepared filling you brought to class.

You will then take home and immediately cook in the pleasure of your own kitchen
