The Canadian baker is one of your neighbors.  Eileen Abballe is offering this class to the first 6 people that sign up.

Baking Buttertarts with the Canadian 🇨🇦 Baker

PLEASE RSVP by Tuesday, January 10th and bring $20 payable to Eileen Abballe (this covers all the baking ingredients)

Please bring with you:

Large Bowl, medium size bowl, muffin tin, 2 knives to cut pastry, rolling pin and fork

All Baking ingredients (shortening, flour, vinegar, salt, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, pecans, maple syrup) will be supplied by me.

You will be joining me in the rolling process with your own prepared dough that I will provide.

A little about Eileen:

Hi there, my name is Eileen Abballe, born and raised in a suburb near Toronto Ontario Canada.

My husband Jerry, and I have raised 4 beautiful daughters and one grandson. Jerry has recently retired and we have officially become snowbirds.

I have always enjoyed cooking and baking. Growing up I spent many hours beside my Mom in the kitchen and learned a lot of her delicious baking recipes.

I would be more than happy to share with our community. Once a month I would like to have a baking class at the Clubhouse, hope you can join me.
