The Canadian baker is one of your neighbors.  Eileen Abballe is offering this class to the first 6 people that sign up.

Baking rugelach with the Canadian 🇨🇦 Baker

PLEASE RSVP by Tuesday, April 4th and bring $20 payable to Eileen Abballe (this covers all the baking ingredients)

Please bring with you:

Large Bowl, 2 small bowls, large cookie sheet, spoon, spatula and a rolling pin.

All Baking ingredients will be supplied by Eileen.

A little about Eileen:

Hi there, my name is Eileen Abballe, born and raised in a suburb near Toronto Ontario Canada.

My husband Jerry, and I have raised 4 beautiful daughters and one grandson. Jerry has recently retired and we have officially become snowbirds.

I have always enjoyed cooking and baking. Growing up I spent many hours beside my Mom in the kitchen and learned a lot of her delicious baking recipes.

I would be more than happy to share with our community. Once a month I would like to have a baking class at the Clubhouse, hope you can join me.
