The Canadian baker is back in town! She is excited to share more recipes and hands on classes at the Clubhouse Kitchen!

Eileen Abballe is offering this class to the first 6 people that sign up.

PLEASE RSVP by Tuesday, November 7th and bring $20 payable to Eileen Abballe (this covers all the baking ingredients)

Please bring with you:

1 medium size bowl

1 small bowl

1 wooden spoon

1 Cookie tray

Items below ⬇️ if you have in your kitchen, you don’t need to purchase I will bring mine if you need :

Cookie scoop, lemon squeezer and zester

All Baking ingredients will be supplied by Eileen.

A little about Eileen:

Hi there, my name is Eileen Abballe, born and raised in a suburb near Toronto Ontario Canada.

My husband Jerry, and I have raised 4 beautiful daughters and one grandson. Jerry has recently retired and we have officially become snowbirds.

I have always enjoyed cooking and baking. Growing up I spent many hours beside my Mom in the kitchen and learned a lot of her delicious baking recipes.

I would be more than happy to share with our community. Once a month I would like to have a baking class at the Clubhouse, hope you can join me.
