This special event features a live paella cooking experience, where guests can watch this iconic Spanish dish come to life right before their eyes. Paella, a beloved culinary tradition from Valencia, is known for its vibrant blend of rice, saffron, and savory ingredients, prepared in a large open pan. Guests will have the option to enjoy two authentic varieties:

• A classic meat and seafood paella, featuring fresh shellfish and hearty cuts

• Or a meat-only paella, for those who prefer it without seafood

Following this delicious seated dinner, enjoy the energy and emotion of a live flamenco performance. With its powerful footwork, expressive movement, and passionate guitar music, flamenco is more than dance—it’s a deep cultural expression and an unforgettable experience.
