Tribute Kings, Steve Kelly’s Variety Show

At 13 years old I was chosen for the lead in Gilbert and Sullivan’s -THE MIKADO-at 15, I started touring with my high school vocal jazz group around 6 states in the northwest. After high school joined the USMC and had a band called black diamond in California named after one of my towns I had grown up in. After my service sang for classic rock bands till 89 started doing tribute shows under Shades of Purple and Trust Me and got to be the opening act for so many great bands-Pat Benetar-Peter Frampton-April Wine-Loverboy-38 Speical-molly Hatchet-Ted Nugent-Montrose-Rick Derringer Foghat and too many too list and have had lots of Hall of Fame players sit in shows from Cris Slade of ACDC and Alan White of yes on drums many times to Steve Fossen founding member of Heart and Sean Mcnabb of Dokken on bass and did over 30 shows with Randy Hansen the greatest guitar player in the world and spot on Hendrix tribute. Now we are doing multi tribute shows to Neil Diamond, Bad Company and Bob Seger.
