JIN SHIN JYUTSU  Physio-Philosophy is an ancient Japanese art of harmonizing life energy in the body.

The art was received in the early 1900’s by Master Jiro Murai, who devoted his life to the research and development  of Jin Shin Jyutsu.

His student Mary Burmeister brought the art from Japan to America in the 1950’s.

SELF HELP MEDITATIONS

Our bodies have energy pathways that feed life to every cell. When one or more of the paths become blocked , the resulting stagnation of energy can disrupt areas in the body and eventually disharmonized the complete path or paths of the energy flow.

Jin Shin Jyutsu uses 26 bilateral ( right side and left side) “safety energy locks” along these energy pathways.

Through guided meditation and holding these energy locks with a contact, in specific combinations, brings balance to mind and body.
