Mat Pilates with Eliana

A system of controlled exercises originally developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates engages both the mind and body throughout sessions. Through focused and controlled movement on the mat, these movements are engineered to strengthen the body and improve flexibility as you move through different postures and sequences. A personal mat and water bottle is recommended.
Class will meet outside of the Sales Center and is weather permitting. Please remember to maintain social distancing at all times.
