Line Dance Fitness-
This class is a great way to get moving, learn fun dance combinations and improve your cardiovascular health! Line Dancing fitness combines low-impact moves in variety of different combinations to learn easy-to-follow choreography. No dance experience needed! Line Dance fitness class can increase aerobic endurance, coordination, range of motion, memory, balance and fun! A water bottle and tennis shoes/sneakers are recommended for class.
