Aerobics Room
A system of controlled exercises originally developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates engages both the mind and body throughout sessions. Through focused and controlled movement on the mat, these movements are engineered to strengthen the body and improve flexibility as you move through different postures and sequences. A personal mat and water bottle is recommended.
If this is your first class, please make sure you fill out a waiver and bring it to your first class or email it to Mykenzie at MJohnson@evergreen-lm.com
