Community-Wide Garage Sale

Our garage sale is back, and we have full support from Kolter Corporate, Breeze HOA and residents are stepping up! Kolter has generously agreed to underwrite the costs involved with all our signage! We will have two 10’ x 4’ exterior vinyl banners; 24 double-sided ‘realtor style’ staked signs; and generic color-coded garage sale signs with directional arrows for each neighborhood. Breeze Management will be printing 200+ map brochures and will be assisting with advertising and logistics!

Cresswind residents have been volunteering up to assist as ‘Street Captains’ for sign placement; to assure traffic flow at the gates; and to help assist neighbors with possible issues that may arise within the neighborhoods on the day of the sale.

The following week we have a great way for you to conveniently donate any leftover items you may have. We are making plans with the Pickups for Breast Cancer Organization of the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation to stop by each person’s residence and pick up items placed at the end of your driveway. Detailed information regarding date and time to follow.
