Description

Chair Fitness

This program incorporates aerobic exercises, resistance training and functional movements for a complete total body workout! With a fun selection of music and moves to get you moving, increase mobility & range of motion, improve balance & stability and help prepare you for the day. This class is for all fitness levels.  Weights can be used to strengthen and add difficulty to this class. A water bottle and tennis shoes/sneakers are recommended.
