Basic Fitness with Jennifer

This class will incorporate a combination of aerobic and strength building exercises to help improve endurance, strength and stamina. Basic Fitness is a total body workout aimed to get you closer to your fitness goals! A personal mat, towel and water bottle is recommended.

Class will meet outside of the Sales Center and is weather permitting. Please remember to maintain social distancing at all times.
