Art Class: Winter Wreaths

Description

Residents will complete a Christmas or winter wreath that will be 24” in diameter.
I will show how to make a bow and how to adorn a wreath. To make the wreaths individualized for each home, only part of the basic supplies will be provided.

$40 per wreath, cash or check paid to Karen Kelly. This cost will provide each student with a 24” grapevine wreath, some green, silver and white floral picks and floral wire. Students should bring their own ribbon and adornments such as a sign, ornaments or floral picks that are more decorative. Any ribbon purchases should be 3” approximately and wired ribbon. I recommend going through existing Christmas decor to see if anything might look good on a wreath. Also many craft stores have winter adornments. One online site I like is craftoutlet.com. Wreath should be ready to hang after about 24 hours. Beginners welcome & I can accommodate all skill levels!
