Aqua Vita Therapy Workshop

Description

Freedom Rehab Aquatic Therapy and Balance Center invites you to join us at the pool to experience the core components of their hallmark “Aqua Vita” (water for life) aquatic therapy program.

In this workshop you will exercise your core muscles, work on your balance, and strengthen your arms and leg in an abbreviated version of our total body aquatic session.

There will be a team of physical therapists who will guide you through an exercise program designed to reduce pain, improve endurance, and maintain the active lifestyle you worked so hard to achieve! This not a water aerobics class, its an entirely different experience.

This workshop is completely free.
