Description
Bring your workout to the pool. These classes are a fun water workout that is sure to make a splash! Class sessions range from 50 minutes to one hour in length.
Aqua Fit aka Aqua Aerobics is a traditional shallow water workout for all levels.
Aqua Fit uses a combination of moves that strengthen, tone and help increase aerobic capacity all with a fun low-impact pool class.
If this is your first class, please make sure you fill out a waiver and bring it to your first class or
