Classes are 45 – 60 minutes in length. Please exercise at your own pace. All moves can be modified for each individual.
Features Aerobic movement combined with Core strength training. Gloves and/or weights are recommended.
Bring water to hydrate.
**This class is held weather permitting, above 65 degrees. The pool is heated.
