Aerobics Room
Join Marielle as we concentrate on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Please bring $10 cash to pay the instructor directly. Minimum 4 students required or the class will be canceled. Class is from 10:45-11:45am.
