July 4th Parade and Cookout

Join us on July 4th for patriotic fun, community spirit, and good old-fashioned celebration!

Golf Cart & Bike Parade | 11 AM – 12 PM
Residents participating in the parade should arrive by 10:45 AM to get ready and line up. Deck out your golf cart or bike in red, white, and blue—or get creative with your own Independence Day flair. Don’t miss your chance to enter the Best Decorated Golf Cart/Bike Contest with exciting prizes up for grabs! Please sign the SIGN UP SHEET AT THE FRONT DESK if you ar planning to participate. Parade times by street will be out prior to the event.

Music & Cookout | 12 PM – 2 PM
After the parade, head over to the outdoor pavilion for live music by the talented Lalo, setting the perfect soundtrack for a summer day of celebration. Enjoy classic favorites with hamburgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers, plus refreshing beverages—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and neighbors.

Let’s come together to honor our nation’s independence with laughter, music, great food, and community camaraderie. It’s a day you won’t want to miss!

Your ticket covers the cost of FOOD and MUSIC. There is NO cost to particpate in the parade.
