Description

This is a new fitness class featuring a future homeowner, Victoria Bueno.

It is a brand new low impact, high intensity dance cardio aerobics class. Combining dance choreography and cardio movement creating a heart pumping workout and keeping your body in constant motion.

You will sweat but have fun!  There is no charge for this class.

A little about your instructor, Victoria:

She is an active exercise fitness instructor and has 36 years of experience in the field.

Victoria also served as a director and wellness coordinator of multiple fitness centers throughout her career.
